BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS, CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL BOOKINGS
Deposit
A deposit of 1st night stay will be charged to your card for all rooms booked for all email or telephone bookings. We will confirm charge in our Confirmation Email. Deposits will be subject to our Cancellation Policy detailed below.
Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or "no-shows".
Cancellation Policy
Grafton House operates a 48-hour cancellation policy from 12 noon 2 days prior to arrival date.
A 5-day cancellation policy applies to Group Bookings (4+ rooms) from 12 noon 5 days prior to arrival.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO US YOUR STAY AT GRAFTON HOUSE IS ENJOYABLE AND COMFORTABLE, THEREFORE IT IS IMPORTANT YOU READ ABOUT OUR FACILITIES BEFORE DECIDING TO BOOK.
Check-in/out
Reception opens from 8.00hrs until 22.30hrs daily. Check-in to rooms from 14.00hrs. Check-out 12noon. Luggage can be left with us from 8am up to 10pm.
No lift/elevator:
Bedrooms are located on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors and we do not have a lift/elevator. Reception (located on 1st floor) is accessed by stairs from street level entrance. If you have any problem with stairs we advise you do not book with us. We do not have a Porter to help with luggage.
Breakfast Times:
Monday to Friday: 08.30 - 10.30am, Saturday & Sunday: 08.30 - 11am (Breakfast is not available outside these times)
Parking:
We have no on-site parking. There are secure chargeable car parks nearby on Drury Street (see map).
Car Rentals:
If you plan on hiring a car, we advise you to arrange pick-up of your car on day of departure from Dublin. Parking can be difficult and expensive in City Centre. We recommend Budget Car Rentals on Drumcondra Road and on a direct bus route (16a) to/from our location.
City Centre location:
We are located in a lively area of the City Centre, surrounded by some of Dublin's most popular bars, clubs, restaurants and shops. Within minutes walk of Dublin's places of cultural interest. See map for our location.
Toddlers/young children:
For insurance and safety reasons, it is with regret we are unable to accept bookings that include toddlers/young children up to 8years.
Pets:
We do not allow pets in the guesthouse.
Smoking:
We are a non smoking house.
How to get to us from Airport:
Dublin Bus No. 16A from Airport Terminal to almost outside our door. Cost under 2EU. "Aircoach" coach service to city centre operates every 15minutes. Cost 7EU. On City bound route, nearest stop to us is at Trinity College, less than 10minutes walk away. Taxi approx. cost 26EU.
